Consultant in Residence

The Consultant-in-Residence service is a unique role designed for independent schools in need for a consultant to serve embedded within the school community both in-person and online for a specified about of time (a month, three months, a semester, or full school year for example). As a Consultant-in-Residence, my work includes engagement and service to the board, head of school, faculty, student, and parents to support an environment where all can thrive. My current consultant-in-residence engagements also includes service as a confidant, honesty provider, mediator, and institutional pulse taker for head of school and other key stakeholders.
